How long until I receive my order?

All of our items are made to order.

Where is my order actually made?

We work with a worldwide network of reputable manufacturers to make and print our products. The locations noted below are for customers in the USA. Customers overseas may receive items that are made more locally; it depends upon the product and the end location. If you have a question about a specific item/location, please contact us.

Most items contain original artwork by Natalie, though we do license some artwork from other awesome artists. Many of our stationery products contain licensed artwork; information about the art can be found at the bottom of each listing.

Our apparel products, tote bags, and throw pillows are made and printed in the USA.

Our shower curtains and blankets are made overseas (actual locations vary) and are printed in the USA.

What about returns?

*Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to offer refunds on digital items. However, if you are unhappy for some reason, we will do our best to fix it!

*Customized orders are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Return Policy
At Tiny Whiney, we want you to be satisfied with your new purchase. If a Tiny Whiney product does not meet your expectation, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will do our absolute best to make you happy. Please note that this does not include digital items and personalized items. Thank you for your understanding!

Damaged during shipping: If your item(s) are damaged during shipping, please notify us within 3 Business Days. Upon approval of your claim, your replacement item should ship within 7 business days.
